Panglao is connected by bridge to Tagbilaran, the provincial capital, where additional transport services, ferry terminals, shopping centers, and commercial establishments are located.

For a direct trip from Tagbilaran to Henann Convention Center, the most convenient options are private transfers or DOT-accredited vehicles (identifiable by "rainbow plates"). Many resorts offer pre-arranged pick-ups from the seaport, but travelers can also opt for self-drive rentals or private car hires for a more flexible, door-to-door experience.
For a more affordable commute, travelers can take a tricycle to the Integrated Bus Terminal in Dao, where air-conditioned buses or V-Hires (vans) depart for Panglao. While buses are the cheapest, V-Hires are significantly faster as they make fewer stops. Local jeepneys and multicabs are also available for those who prefer traditional public transit, though these typically operate on fixed routes and only depart once full.
