Abstract Information Page

Deadline of submission: July 20, 2026

Notification of acceptance/rejection: on or before September 20, 2026

Abstracts must be submitted online via email and written in English.
The research must not have been previously published or accepted for publication.
In cases of changes of authorship or content, the research committee must be informed via email before the submission deadline.
Authors of accepted abstracts must register, attend the meeting, and present their work.

Abstracts involving human or animal studies must include evidence of ethical approval.
Exceptions may apply to retrospective studies following institutional ethics board rules.

Word limit: Maximum 350 words
Length: Must fit within one A4 page (portrait)
Figures/Tables: None allowed

Attached Files to be submitted:
- Abstract (according to the format) with no identifiers (names of authors, institutions, or cities) in the title or text
- Information page (separate file)
- Additional attachments for ethics approval and disclaimers if applicable..
After submission, authors receive a confirmation email of the receipt of the submission
Abstract review is blinded to ensure objectivity.
Non-compliant abstracts will be rejected.

Each completed submission receives a unique abstract number—use this in all correspondence.
The ASPS 2026 Research Review Team will inform authors of the review outcome by email.
Ensure your email address is accurate and updated—the submitting author is responsible for communication updates.
A later email confirming acceptance for either oral or poster presentation with format of poster will be sent on or before September 20, 2026
